4-Week Introduction to Strength Training for Cyclists
Where and when?
Starting Tuesday 29th November at 7pm the Bia Hub for 4 weeks.

What is it?
1-hour fun and friendly group sessions hosted by local Strength & Conditioning Coach David Bell to get you moving, feeling and performing better. There are a maximum of 10 places available to ensure everyone gets the support they need.

Who is this for?
These sessions are perfect for anyone new to strength training or anyone looking to improve their strength training knowledge. You’ll not only get a good workout, but you’ll learn the correct technique to perform exercises effectively and safely at home, along with variations for different ability levels.

What’s involved?
Each session will cover:
• Warm-up
• Core activation & strength
• Balance
• Plyometrics
• Strength Training Circuit
• Cool-down

What do I need to wear or bring with me?
You will need to wear clothing appropriate for exercising such as leggings or shorts, trainers (with socks as some exercise may involve removing shoes) and a comfortable top. You will also need to bring a yoga or exercise mat with you.

How much is it?
Each session costs £12 sold as package of four sessions priced at £48
