THERE WILL STILL BE A LADIES-ONLY group, you just have the choice on this day 🙂
SO many husbands/sons etc love what we do and how we ride, so now they are invited to join us – under our rules 😉
Please get them to sign up as a trial-rider on the Teams App – this is for British Cycling insurance purposes.
There are no formal leaders as a certain level of experience is expected.
If you are joining the ride, PLEASE ENSURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE ROUTE! If we do need to break into smaller groups, it will be imperative that everyone knows where they are going.
The general rule is ‘start together, finish together’.
Maintain social distancing at the start and at any stopping points along the route (if you stop for punctures etc).
Don’t forget your mask for the cafe stop.
Please make sure you have front and rear lights.
Start time 10.00am @ The Bia Hub (That means READY TO RIDE by 10.00am)
Remember to have enough spares in case of a puncture, and goes without saying to make sure you wear your ICE ID.
