Introduction to Sports Yoga – Focus on Stretching for Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves, Adductors and Groin
This workshop will incorporate:
Spinal Mobilisation
Dynamic Yoga Flow Warm Up
Standing Functional Postures
Core Stability and Glute Activation
Gliding and Flexibility Stretches for glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and thoracic spine
